- I’ll announce open enrollment.
- You apply for a spot in the upcoming session. **
- If you are accepted into the program, you’ll receive the First-time Homebuyer Assessment. This must be completed prior to starting the course work.
- Then, we meet one-on-one in a consultative format to unpack your goals, objectives, and financial positioning.
- After that, we’re both ready to start the course curriculum
- We work through Module 1 and Module 2 in a group learning format
- Then, you and I get together in our first Private Strategy Session
- We work through Module 3 and Module 4 in a group learning format
- Then, I have the privilege of coaching you in our second Private Strategy Session
- We work through Module 5 and Module 6 in a group learning format
- Then, we hunker down in our final Private Strategy Session
- To wrap up, we’ll tighten up your customized KeysToKeys™ Playbook and review any personalized guidance for your journey.
