I’ve spent a couple of decades putting my left brain to work building technical solutions that solve multi-million dollar problems in Corporate America.

Math makes sense to me. I categorize and I make lists. I am logical, strategic and practical.  I love word problems and when I start building spreadsheets, baby you know I mean business!

But, my story would be incomplete if I didn’t balance all of that structure with the limitless possibilities of creativity.  I love taking raw materials —or even cool ideas and transforming them into something new and functional.  So, I cook.  I sew and make jewelry.  I design and craft cool things intended to inspire, motivate, and mark milestones.

So where does this leave us?  In my real estate practice, I’m all about organization and analytics.  The devil is indeed in the details, and I kinda-sorta thrive under the pressures of a deadline!

In this business, it’s important to make the distinction between a Real Estate Salesperson and a Real Estate Consultant.  As a Consultant, I put prospects and clients at ease by guaranteeing that you’ll never have to worry about pushy, overaggressive sales tactics.  Experience has made me confident that folks, just like you, can come to the decision to buy or sell real property all on their own.

Here’s why you need me.  What’s more valuable to you, is a professional that can guide you through the process and help you set realistic expectations to achieve the results you’re after.  Listen, I’ve been at this for over 15 years, and I have a bonafide soft spot for first time home buyers.

So, whether you’re here to upgrade your real estate IQ, or you stuck around for the backstage pass to some of my favorite craft projects…you’re in the right place!

Now, after ALL OF THAT, let me introduce myself—

Hi, my name is Stacy and I’m The Analytical Creative!  I’m crazy excited for the opportunity to share all my real estate knowledge, as well as all my quirky projects with you — and believe me there’s something for everybody!

Oh!  If you’re all about #RECEIPTS before we can become fast friends, here’s the rundown —

I have a degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.  Basically, that just means that I’m pretty awesome at analyzing complex problems, then organizing a solution that makes people, money, and systems operate more efficiently.  I’m also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Georgia servicing a private client roster in the Metro Atlanta area.  I operate Dabster Realty Group, LLC in the capacity of Managing Broker, as well as provide services as an Associate Broker with Trend Atlanta Realty.
